This gentlemen wished to address gynecomastia that had been bothering him for most of his adult life. Fortunately, we were able to address his issues without having to remove glandular tissue. He is shown 4 months after liposuction of 500cc of fat from each side of his chest.
Procedure: Male Breast Reduction for Gynecomastia performed via a small incision beneath the nipple. Liposuction of the area was performed during the procedure to provide a smooth contour.
He is shown 1 year after liposuction and removal of a substantial amount of glandular tissue (shown in the last photo) through a small incision under each areola.
